Proposals and agreements

Inquiries and package selections on this website are not binding. Work begins only after both parties confirm a written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timeline, revisions, payment terms and responsibilities.

Packages and pricing

Package contents are described on our Pricing page. Final prices, quantities (such as pages or videos) and delivery schedules are those stated in your agreement.

Advertising budgets, third-party subscriptions, domains, hosting and other external expenses are separate unless explicitly included in your agreement.

Revisions and changes

Each agreement states the number of revision rounds included. Additional revisions or changes in scope are quoted before work is done.

Support

Post-launch or post-service support covers the items and period specified in your agreement. Ongoing maintenance is provided under the Complete Package or a separate maintenance agreement.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We may show the work in our portfolio only with your permission.

Using the website and dashboard

Keep your account credentials secure. Don't misuse the website, attempt to access other accounts, or upload harmful files through our forms.

All content on this website, including portfolio videos, animations, designs, images, text and branding, is owned by Azorted or used with permission, and is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.

You may view this content on our website only. You may not download, record, copy, re-upload, edit, resell or use any of it, in whole or in part, for any purpose without our prior written permission. This includes using download managers, browser extensions, screen recording or any other tool to save our work.
